Esta es mi historia.
Adriana Jácome es actriz y bailarina; estudió interpretación en la Escuela Nacional de Artes de La Habana.
Actuó en el estreno mundial de Die Strasse der Ameisen (La calle de las hormigas) de Roland Schimmelpfennig en La Habana en 2014 y ganó con esta actuación el Premio Adolfo Llauradó a Mejor Actriz Revelación. En 2015 actuó en el aclamado estreno mundial del mismo autor Diese Nacht Wird Alles Anders (Esta noche todo será diferente) durante el Festival Internacional de Teatro de La Habana. A principios de 2016 uno de los cineastas independientes más importantes de Cuba, Juan Carlos Cremata Malberti, la eligió para protagonizar su última producción “Semen”.
Vivió en Berlín, donde siguió desarrollando su carrera como actriz y directora. Con su pieza Ipanema ha participado de varios festivales en Alemania y New York. Ha experimentado en la dirección y producción de audiovisuales llevando el texto LA ÚLTIMA FUNCIÓN a la pantalla. Ha sido recientemente seleccionada para ser parte del programa del festival de cine internacional Talent Guadalajara 2024 .

She performed at the world premiere of Roland Schimmelpfennig’s Die Strasse der Ameisen (The Street of the Ants) in Havana in 2014 and won the Adolfo Llauradó Award for Best New Actress with this performance. In 2015 she performed in the acclaimed world premiere of the same author Diese Nacht Wird Alles Anders (Tonight everything will be different) during the International Theater Festival of Havana.
At the beginning of 2016, one of the most important independent filmmakers in Cuba, Juan Carlos Cremata Malberti, chose her to star in her latest production “Semen”.
She lives in Berlin, where she continues to develop her career as an actress and director. With her piece Ipanema she has participated in various festivals in Germany and New York.
She has experimented in the direction and production of audiovisuals bringing the text THE LAST FUNCTION to the screen. It has recently been selected to be part of the Talent Guadalajara 2024 international film festival program.
